TEAM Gray won the first game in the Irish Mixed Challenge 7-6 at Greenacres Ice Rink this evening.

The team – Robin Gray, Louise Kerr, Johnjo Kenny and Hazel Gormley-Leahy were a comfortable five shots up when they lost a five in the seventh end to make it an exciting finish for the spectators. Robin Gray coolly drew the four foot with his last stone for the win.

Team Wilson had to bring in Bill Gray as a sub as PJ Wilson hurt his back and could not curl.
