A steady and confident display from Team Ireland gave them their second victory of the day against Italy at the World Mixed Championships at Curl Aberdeen.

Except for the loss of a four in the fifth end this time, the team played well to keep ahead of the opposition and protected their shot stone in the last end to secure the win.

Good luck to John, Ailsa, Craig, Niamh and coach David tomorrow when they face Chinese Taipei at 4pm.
