Held at Aberdeen, Scotland 4-12th December 2009.

This was the sixth European Curling Championships for Ireland since official recognition by the ECF & WCF in 2003.

The Irish National Mens team competed in the B2 league and consisted of

* Neil Fyfe        (Lead),
* Bill Gray        (Alternate),
* Peter J D Wilson (Coach),
* Louise Kerr      (Admin).

PLAYOFF with B1 Thurs 10th Dec 20:00 Netherlands (Mark Neeleman) lost
The team finished overall 4th in the B league.
