This was Ireland's fifth European Mixed Curling Championships.

The Irish Mixed team competing were

* Marie O'Kane,
* Tony Tierney,
* Gillian Drury.

Ireland's team won three of their seven games in the yellow Group. They finished 15th out of 24 teams.

* Lost 5-3 to Sweden
* Won 7-3 against Norway
* Lost 8-1 to England
* Won 5-4 against Italy
* Lost 8-3 to Russia
* Won 10-1 against Serbia
* Lost 7-5 to Austria
