Held at Murrayfield Ice Rink, Edinburgh, Scotland from 25th-2th November 2005.

The Irish Men's team comprising of Douglas Dryburgh, Peter Wilson, Robin Gray and JohnJo Kenny took part in the Edinburgh International Competition.

They played 5 games:
- won 9-1 against Jamie Kirk (Lochgoilhead),
- won 7-3 against Bruce Bowyer (England),
- lost 4-5 against Hammy McMillan (Stranraer),
- won 5-4 against Hugh Thomson (Forfar),
- won 6-5 against Derek Brown (Greenacres).

This took them to the quarter finals where they won 8-3 against Mark Buchan, but they lost the semi finals 2-7 against David Edwards.

A superb effort by the team.
